This tour along the south coast passes the greenhouse town of Hveragerði, where hot-springs have been harnessed for the production of fruit and flowers. Followed by the vast panoramic view created by the ever-changing glacier flood plains where they merge with the dramatic black beaches.
The journey takes us to two waterfalls, the graceful Seljalandsfoss where the sure-footed can walk behind the cascade, and impressive Skógarfoss. Skógarfoss carries water from two glaciers, Eyjafjallajökull and Mýrdalsjökull, which rests gracefully on the top of an active volcano, Mt. Katla.

Depending on weather conditions, the climax of the day is either to walk, drive or to take an optional snowmobile ride of Mýrdalsjökull glacier. (1 hour tour is ISK.18500, extra).

Included: Experienced driver - guide.                     

Not included: Lunch & refreshments. It will be special stop for the lunch.
